Applicability: For a single family residential household and electric service is only used for domestic requirements. Electric service must be taken through one (1) meter at one (1) point of delivery.
Monthly Bill: Customers will be billed monthly for each service taken through one (1) meter at one (1) point of delivery.

General Service
Applicability: For general commercial service or industrial service at any one (1) location where service is taken through one (1) meter at one (1) point of delivery and customer's monthly demand is less than 300 kilowatts.
Rate:
Monthly Consumption                   Kilowatt Hour Rate
First 2,000 kilowatt hours             10.649 ¢/kWh
Next 13,000 kilowatt hours          9.069 ¢/kWh
All Over 15,000 kilowatt hours    7.789 ¢/kWh
Monthly Service Charge:
$30.00 for each metered point of delivery.
Gross Energy Reduction Allowance: When HMP&L installs primary metering and the customer owns, installs, operates, maintains, and replaces all electrical distribution facilities located on the load side of the primary meter, the customer will be billed for 98% (2% reduction) of the actual total monthly metered kilowatt hours consumed by the customer. When HMP&L installs primary metering and HMP&L owns, installs, operates, maintains, and replaces all electrical distribution facilities located on the load side of the primary meter up to the connection point of the customer's service line, the customer will be billed for 99% (1% reduction) of the actual total monthly metered kilowatt hours consumed by the customer.

Demand
Applicability: For general commercial service or industrial service at any one (1) location where service is taken through one (1) meter at one (1) point of delivery and customer's monthly demand is greater than 300 kilowatts.
Demand Charge: $5.42 for each kilowatt of monthly metered billing demand.
*When a customer's service voltage is 13,800 volts and the customer owns all transformer and voltage transformation facilities, the customer's monthly metered billing demand rate will be $4.92 for each kilowatt of monthly metered billing demand.

$175.00 for each metered point of delivery.

Monthly Service Charge:
$45.00 for each metered point of delivery 
Gross Energy Reduction Allowance: When HMP&L installs primary metering and the customer owns, installs, operates, maintains, and replaces all electrical distribution facilities located on the load side of the primary meter, the customer will be billed for 98% (2% reduction) of the actual total monthly metered kilowatt hours consumed by the customer. When HMP&L installs primary metering and HMP&L owns, installs, operates, maintains, and replaces all electrical distribution facilities located on the load side of the primary meter up to the connection point of the customer's service line, the customer will be billed for 99% (1% reduction) of the actual total monthly metered kilowatt hours consumed by the customer.

​Power Cost Adjustment (PCA): This rate recovers monthly power supply costs that are not recovered by base rate charges. The PCA is calculated monthly and can result in either a positive or negative adjustment. Limitation of Service:  Electric service is subject to HMP&L’s and the City of Henderson’s Ordinances, Policies, General Terms and Conditions of Service, Safety Policies, and Service Rules and Regulations, as amended.
​LED light sizes available: 50 Watt, 70 Watt, 108 Watt
Mast Arm Available:        2 foot, 8 foot, 12 foot
Can be placed on existing wood pole or a 30 foot wood pole can be installed
