Special Call Utility Commission Meeting

Please take notice that the Chairman of the Utility Commission has hereby called a special called meeting of the Utility Commission to be conducted on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. at the HMP&L Main Office located at 100 Fifth Street, Henderson, Kentucky. The meeting is open to the public.
​The purpose of the Special Called Utility Commission Meeting is for presentation, discussion, and approval of Procurement Determination to Use Noncompetitive Negotiation for Purchase of IP Addresses and of Bid UB 23-40-17 for Vendor to Supply Materials for the Fiber to The Home Project.
